Start advertising them as soon as possible, If rental demand is less strong I’d increase the rents incrementally as a long term vacancy could result, which is the nightmare scenario.

Due to obvious problems with security, people breaking in, knowing the owner is incapacitated, children not living around the corner, is the address required for them to advertise in the Marketplace? 

According to their average returns they advertise this would be possible.

@Mike Abramov to my knowledge from creating websites is that it doesn’t really matter as long as you advertise your website as .net they’ll be able to find it.

@Geneva Crisostomo It's best to make sure the infrastructure is in place before advertising (i.e. lot paved and/or concreted, access to water/sewer, electric, gas, etc).

Plus they dont advertise that they have a 10% admin fee so your profit is actually 10% lower than whatever is in the contract (not all vendors charge admin fees, but you need to check).
