I had sold my first business about 2 years prior and we had been travel nursing all over the West Coast, Maui, and finally DC when she got accepted into school.

IN CA a RE broker can lend money so a little different there they are usually helping private folks state compliant. but when you go out of the west coast it gets pretty wild. and anyone soliciting you on BP  99% is a fraud.. same with Facebook.. lenders don't reach out to individual borrowers..  

I've started investing out of state, long distance, in the mid-west.

I have started building a potential group I'm about to post to Georgia west and alabama east opelika Auburn to meet for coffee meetups.

(another subject) and I can't get an outfit to drill a well there because all the exploration right now is in West Texas (just west of Fort Stockton) .. pretty sure there is both gas and oil under me but why would they want to drill there when there is much cheaper desert way over in west Texas?

-> I am still going to try this department to see what happens.Let me know if this sounds in line or if you have any other suggestions.A comp plan amendment to add one unit would be pretty unheard of.. and I suspect would never be allowed.. comp plans are like master plans.. not just one parcel gets to go around the comp plan.. that's what we deal with at least on the west coast we would never attempt it or spend the money trying to do that.  

I purchased a home in west Baltimore around the corner from N West ave, 21216, for 14000. 3 bedroom 1 full bath and 3/4 bath in the Master bedroom.

Sounds like a Mason or West Chester house to me.
