This will save you time (no shows do not cost you any time this way), foster competition between interested parties (if someone likes the house and offers to rent it that may trigger a bidding war), and reduce the impact on your current tenants (if they get sick of so many showings they can tell you that you cannot show the house, most states the tenant does have that right).Good luck with the tenant search,Allen Fletcher
