I buy windows in such high volume that my pricing is less than half what the average person buys windows for even with a contractor discount and my windows are custom built to size.

Thanks in advance Just hard costs could go $150-200/sf, specially it is San Diego, it is hard to get quality workers there, even the guys that hang out in Home Depot (Supervisor -- they work too slow) are "demanding" at $25/hour DAILY CASH PAYMENT.
