I could have easily gone with particle board melamine, and all mdf doors, but the plywood will be more durable, and less prone to moisture problems, and the hardwood doors will handle wear and tear of my toddler as well.I also am an engineer for a cabinet shop so I can design, program, and cut my on cabinets on a cnc, so I'm a little biased and have a few more choices than most. 

They don’t care if you flip the contract, they care if you been properly trained. ????

I signed up for a program that offered up to 750,000 in financial backing per deal, but of course, there are so many stipulations to get that money that I don’t even want to use them.

Doesn't it bring discredit upon those with the training and resources to actually make and close legitimate deals?

Believe me when I say that local assessors are called daily by lenders, bank auditors, and investigators for various government-sponsored programs.

I know of other programs that offer the same service for much less (Epic Fast Funding is one of them, but it's really a referral to another company). 

When you go to MLS you have a trained(hopefully), licensed real estate professional listing the property.

Looking to hear from anyone who has used this program or has heard any positive or negative reviews.

When I see POF's from certain sources, some off the internet and some local(a couple I know are just BS as part of a wholesale mentor/partner program) straight to the trash they go.  

There was a lot of discussion about this program 5 year ago.
