For example broad discretion is allowed when a new parent takes p/maternity leave, provided that the period "before" the leave more or less supports what the new parents are asserting their "after" parental leave is, or will be.Contrast that with "oh I just didn't feel like working, no particular reason."

I constantly warn people that there is simply too much risk for the average person in an auction: House full of mold, honoring the existing tenant’s lease, meth houses, current owner pouring concrete down the pipes to spite the new owner, evictions, finding out you just bid on an inferior lien (like you just did), municipal liens, back-due child support, IRS liens ... the list goes on and on.At least you only lost $16,000.

Sometimes the "scraper" would take forever to scrape or it would say "pending" for 48 hours or so, so I initiated a support ticket to inquire on if I was using it properly or not and never heard back.

I am at the point now where I have learned as much as I can by myself and I was about to pull the trigger on heavily investing in a mentor so that I can begin investing with the proper support however I came across this article:https://www.rtitlegroup.com/bl...My strategy was going to be to acquire SFH's with owner financing and sell them on a wrap, making money on the down payment, interest spread and monthly payment spread.
