In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

We just built a 30 x 250 building last fall. Just have 3 units left in it now.  On the extra land at that site analyzing doing another 30 x 250 or a 40 x 250.  We don't have enough land to do Two 30 x 250's, thus this...

I'd like to rent it out furnished because it's easier than moving everything and I would just be putting it all into storage anyway. 

I don't want to delay the process of selling this property any further than necessary, so does anyone have a recommendation for a cheap moving company and storage where the tenant property can be stored?
