I am not a big fan of cabinet painting but if you have older solid wood vanities painting them gives you a big bang for the buck and it is an easy touchup when you turn over the property.

If you need a solid lender I can pass you some info on the one I’m using. 2nd, you need to find a Realitor who deals with investors from out of state. 3rd, pick what property type you want. 4th, are you going for cash flow or appreciation?
