Essentially, your looking for recent SOLD comparables that have similar interior sqft and parcel size, same number of bedrooms, built around the same year, updated with similar features (granite, new cabinets, etc.) sold within the last 6 months, all within the same neighborhood or within a 1/2 mile radius.

I have always had a hesitancy about sharing anything remotely financial with people.

More and more are doing remote closes (which are the best), better be safe and check though.

New forum that will feature the progress of projects, including New Construction, Land Development, Remodels, Fix and Flips, etc.

Not to discourage you (if I haven't already) but this would not be the ideal place from which to manage a first project remotely.
