You're missing the reality that some markets just don't work for cash flow.

New HVAC, New roof, new doors, updated kitchen & Bathroom, new light fixtures, added deck, updated kitchen with backsplash, granite, sink, appliances, tile and paint What was the outcome?

The reality is all about the tenants you get at those prices, and the neighborhood that comes with it.
