One half will be emptied since one unit will be vacant at the time of closingI’m sure I will find more while I am living there but this is what I observed so far.I’ve heard more than once on the podcasts if a person wants to be a successful landlord, he/she needs to be an a-hole.

One the burners themselves there is usually a series of holes that direct the gas into a tube that travels to the pilot, cleaning those out well as well as cleaning out all the slits/holes on the burner itself and the supply lines/tubes should fix your problem.

Our concern is that the increase in home value (just over 2% annually for the past ten years) will not be enough to offset the potential maintenance costs, closing costs, and eventual realtor fees -- we could be in the hole for the first five (or maybe even ten) years.

I was also informed that often times you set some kind of monetary value for each LLC so one may have say 4 houses while another only has the one house because the values are similar.Good luck.

As for the property - it's been vacant for 6 years with multiple holes in the roof - which means potential mold remediation and structural issues with pooling water.
