(Sorry Wade, that's always the stock answer.)I assume you mean costs for single story, drive-up Self Storage construction and that is between $25 - $40 (NOT including land & site development) and depending on any additional amenities - electronic gate, fencing, etc.I said "it depends", because if you were thinking portable shipping containers or multi-story climate controlled, then obviously the cost could go lower or higher, respectively.I hope this helps.Good luck!

But Aurora is more than just East Colfax, in fact it's actually larger than Denver itself (in land area), and contains an extremely wide spectrum of neighborhoods from swanky-modern new urbanism to housing projects to suburban McMansions to trailer parks.

You may find someone to send one to you, but when people edit their own leases, they often contain illegal clauses.

I received documents to authorize inspections, but the documents contained some other forms that appeared to come from the purchasing agreement for a completely different transaction in another state!
