Art Allen that's a good option if you want to get it done quickly because you wouldn't have to remove the tread that's in place. 

I believe the best way to get rid of trash especially when you are out of the area is to go with junk removal services.

Tech has put its cross hairs on housing and, by necessity it will get disrupted.

If so, send your Tenants a warning and give them 72 hours to remove the animal or be in compliance.

The one I own has snow removal, grass mowing, and common area upkeep and costs $70/month for HOA's.  

Seller made counter offer asking to remove appraisal and loan contingency.....

Evicting a tenant in court may be easy paper wise, but given the climate of the public with law enforcement I would imagine that a sheriff wouldn't be in such a rush to physically remove the tenant from your property.  

The seller is pushing us to remove all contingencies.
