It's in Loraine, OH (outside Cleveland) - it's in a C neighborhood (as many are in Loraine) but one of the better school districts for the city (Clearview) and on a quiet street. 

Even though it's California we still have nice homes around 200K and a really good school district.  

The kicker is the property is tenant occupied and renting for $900 a month in the best school district in the area.

I went to the appraisal district and they said since we have been paying the taxes on the land under our homes since they were built, as far as the appraisal district is concerned, we own the land but need to change the wording in the by-laws.  

The only question for a jury will be how large they want to make the settlement and the question for the DA will be - was this a case of reckless endangerment and should someone go to jail (this part regarding a District Attorney is speculation on my part from too many episodes of Law and Order but you should consult an attorney to see what your legal responsibilities and legal liabilities are).

Sooner or later a change is due in that district to balance it out, but still great opportunities.

This would requires a special permit for zoning relief, because multi-family is a prohibited use in my zoning district.

A better view may be Family Neighborhood, Family Suburb, Entertainment Area, Luxury Suburb, Miami Beach & Luxury Miami Beach, Arts District, and in-between all those areas are the Hood.South Florida is a Tri County area consisting of Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach county.

We chose our location further uptown in the Uptown/Garden District area so our main draw is the local restaurants, historic buildings, easy access to public transportation, and very safe area.

Buena Vista is also in Elizabeth Forward school district which is ranked higher than McKeesport school district.
