Large apartment complexes frequently hire property managers without requiring a license because they are employees of the company.  

Maybe i need to educate myself and ask my lenders more questions

Even though I have been educating myself since 2009 by reading books and blogs, watching webinars and tv shows, listening to podcasts and having hands on experience in the RE world (I co-own a reno company and am a mortgage loan officer (as well as a personal finances advisor)), I believe that we should never stop learning and sharpening our skills. 

Many of these gurus charge $40K for a few weeks of education.  

I have been doing a lot of education on your programs and how you do your lease options.  

I frequently have to exit and reload the categories and even individual posts for items to display as intended.

I went to school back in 2009 and became a certified computer repair technician in hopes of using it as a stepping stone to go back to school and formally get the education I didn't get because I didn't see the value of school then.
