Without too much data to back this up, I'm guessing that they put more emphasis on the kitchen and baths so i try to make those areas stand out a bit.In second bedrooms I usually take out the clothes bar and get one of those rubbermaid wire closet solutions that brings in shelves and double the hanging space.

Might help out in the future....I use a screening service to retrieve data from various sources, to get a criminal history, credit check, past residence history, and eviction records.
