Any good apps or desktop software that is recommended?

We use google apps but you can also usually get email addresses from your domain registrar to get that dialed in for free or low cost. 

@Zain BhayaniI'd suggest you get the Pinterest and Houzz apps on your phone/tablet and spend a little time looking through them to see what's popular right now in general.

Reviews off their iOS app pages suggest Neurio may be more reliable but the pricing on Sense is a bit lower and design nicer.

Then wash my face & brush my teeth. 5:15am - 10 minutes of meditation (Check out Omvana and Spotify for good meditation tracks)5:25am - 5 min of affirmations - The Miracle MOrning has an app you can store these in. 5:30am - 5 min of visualizations - Close your eyes and think about where you want to go5:35am - Read - I read for an hour and a half. 7:00am - Stretch & Pushups while listening to podcast8:00am - Head out for my bike ride to work. 

Clay, I was trying to buy "The Book on Flipping Houses" today actually, but I forgot my Amazon login for the Kindle app.

I forgot to mention that Sharesync even has a mobile app so I can pull any document up (or any authorized user) from their mobile devices. 

To rent units I use an app called Rental Manager by Zillow and facebook too.
