Hi @Brent Paul  I would suggest visiting your local permit office and explain to them what you want to do.  

Building inspectors come around and they'll fine you and sometimes do surprise visits to see if the kitchens has been permanently removed.  

Then, we just paid for each component thereafter but some components are not quiet done because he would give us assurances they'll be done soon.

Lastly, as a landlord renting to a Section 8 tenant, you should definitely visit your property on a regular basis.

From what I understand, the next door neighbor keeps a loaded shotgun and a 16 year old was visiting nextdoor and accidentally shot it in the middle of the night (most likely a bs story).  

This can be done either on the local government website that manages building permits or by visiting them in person.

What if they don't like talking on the phone, but would gladly visit your website and fill out a form?

Towing company liability is: any damage they may have caused if they did not tow the vehicle properly and if they failed to follow the management company policy of identifying vehicles parked illegally on the property.At minimum the management company could pay for your client's recent visit to her salon and maybe a future visit.
