And if you don't get an attorney involved you will probably NEVER get rid of them.This is serious.  

The price you mentioned sounds about ok but it really just depends on the size of the roof, the style and slope.Once you get that taken care of, then you just need to get rid of the actual mold.

I'm looking to get them all replaced especially now since most of the units are vacant.My question is: what's the best way of getting rid of them?

We have tried to get them to look into getting rid of it but it doesn't seem like something that would be very desirable.
