I have never worked for money, being an artist person and all, I always wanted to learn and look "badass" while learning, so I worked for realestate brokers, artists, architects, design and build I just wanted to learn more. " learning" was always my goal and "moving my body"( drawing, painting, working out, running around, wood working, welding, X-sports, basketball  )was something I love doing until I married my husband.

The vast majority of landlords in the country are "mom and pop" operations.

My plan is to carve out a chunk of land with frontage to the main road and put up a 4-5 unit building for smaller eateries and mom and pop businesses. 

PNC, and many of the larger banks, have POP money.

Derrick Ward  This topic seems to have popped up quite a bit lately.

I lived in Philly for 10 years, but now I live in Los Angeles so I'm trying to get some feet on the ground opinions regarding the areas in Germantown that artists are starting to flock to.  

I used the upper right corner search field and type in "riverside, ca realtor" and the like and not much popped up.
