Most competition gets weeded out once you put in the dates of your trip. 

Only when I was in contract was I told the quote of 7% was also including 2 points.I am not usually travelling, in fact rarely, but I have two trips out of the country which leaves me just a few days between now and closing. 

Bring a check to the court appearance so you can immediately schedule the eviction with the sheriff - it will save you from having to make two trips out there.

I’m sure there are others but I like to meet people personally and I don’t have a trip out planned for a while.as far as his screening process goes, he takes his sweet time to fill the vacancies under the guise that he’s placing good tenants.

I overall truly enjoy San Antonio and would love to get a vacation home there that I could turn into Airbnb, we usually spend around $2000 every trip so that’s another reason.

I might just book a trip there!
