Any good opportunities for properties around Naugatuck, new Britain or Waterbury area?

there are lots of great meetups in the Pittsburgh area - i'd start going to all of them. 

I’m a beginner investor in the Houston area with a decade of 3D and 2D CAD design and FDM 3D printing experience.

That is a very general question and each area has its own market conditions so what works well in one area may not in another.

No update of common area finishes although clean and well maintained.

I am convinced that we are a headed for a major recession and temporary decrease in property values, but you have to have money to take advantage of the buying opportunities.Hope this helps.

Go where the demand is and be aware of the areas.

There is no automatic 6% (actually that is not the norm in our area anyway).
