Same thing seems to be happening in the vehicle markets now that we have up to 96 month terms.

Unless you are a seasoned investor who is familiar with this investment vehicle, I would highly recommend avoiding.

The plumber quoted $900 to jet it out, or $3500 to dig up and replace the pipe.I see there are chemical root treatment options for this that is much cheaper.  

You can only deduct the amount that you have invested into the property so if you refinance and take out funds to buy a vehicle you cannot deduct the portion that was used for persona uses.

What type of vehicles will be accessing the site?

When I factored the rental amounts I allocated a low price per square foot on the shipping container units ($ 10 psf ) and I did not add  any additional revenue which can be attained through vehicle/RV/ boat storage.

Not saying you can’t do well in the stock market but they are very different vehicles.

When you win a judgment you can collect on it by garnishing wages, repossessing vehicles, amongst other things.

So you have to tell us your personal situationFor example all of the people who have responded, if a downturn occurs they will still drive the same vehicle, live in the same house, kids will still go to college, still eat out on Saturday, etc   If they lose $20,000; $50,000;  $100,000; even $1mm it won’t impact their quality of life or financial trajectory.
