@Soheil ZarrinYou will need to review your rent control laws.  

I reminded the Director of the fire when we reviewed the current policy but it seems assumptions were made that damage was caused by asbetos. 

I’ve come across a couple that verbally (before actually reviewing the deal in it’s entirety) would do 80%, max 85%.

But I will say that when reviewing applications for new tenants, it's important to consider their sources of income and ability to pay rent during a recession.As far as renegotiating purchase contracts...I think it depends on the deal.
