@Jakob Kegel from what I’ve seen on the mls the bank took over possession already and it’s a big bank.

Which is great as I have about 6k of unexpected cost-such as 2 floor joist completely cut in half by plumber from 1940 need repaired, the discovery of mold in walls, the tree that fell down 5 days after taking possession that cost $2k total to have removed, and a host of other small things. 

Hope they will be able to move now in May, which will be a full year since I took possession.

Sell the units.Only take offers from pre-qualified buyers and no restrictions on taking possession.

However they can be improved to be more succinct with something like "We can buy properties as is, and clear out the possessions as well with no need for repairs or deal with other problems on your behalf."

I've had to check it off a few times and so far I have never been denied possession.  

I asked for possession of the property and November rent which I was awarded both.
