Attending REIA in your area and talking to people is one of the best ways to find a HML.If you want to advertise for one here, please use the Marketplace forums.

There might be a conflict..In the mean time just post it in Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace.I recently posted in Facebook marketplace for the first time and was surprise how many leads I got..

We did pretty well getting furniture off Facebook Marketplace, thrift stores, etc.

I could mention it to him tomorrow when he comes over to work on my log siding. fwiw, my friend told me the people who are primarily on marketplace are people just trying to get leads for companies.

Thanks for all the info: Here is the update incase people were curious how it panned out: After 2 months of no serious activity on this one condo, I posted the rental on Facebook Marketplace - probably the easiest and quickest way to get some people (I have used Zillow Rental before and found amazing tenants on there.).  

I found a property selling through Facebook Marketplace and I'm asking for advice on how to go about approaching this.

If you're interested in Texas, look in a secondary or smaller market - places like Waco, Bryan/College Station, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Killeen, etc. if your budget is $100k.

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.
