I am not sure how to search for decent investment firms or how to do proper due diligence over the team members - if anyone has resources for this as well as firms or sites they recommend I'm all ears.Also, I have a thorough understanding of financials and modeling, but not real estate-specific, and probably need a better understanding of how to verify projection numbers and how to ensure I am doing proper due diligence over large RE deals.
