If you put an ad in Craigslist and no response, try re-phrasing the ad, or try posting the same ad on a different day of the week (I've heard Saturday mornings are best).

We also disable them first thing Sat and Sun mornings, since we get a lot of showings on the weekends.There are always agents who just show up without calling and set the alarm off, but we've learned that if the alarm goes off at 4pm on a Tuesday, it's probably just an agent and we don't have them dispatch the police (though we do go over ourselves).
