Hi all, Just joined Bigger Pockets, recently got my Real Estate salesperson license, and am contemplating a career move into the Real Estate industry, looking to learn, make connections and see if i can make this work.

I've been super busy over the last few weeks studying for my real estate license exam, and getting myself squared away with a brokerage.

I'm not a Realtor, so what I have to say isn't bias in any way.I have come across many terrible, I mean "how did they get their license..." or "how/why did the broker take on this agent under them" types.

I am a real estate investor in Colorado that also happens to be a licensed agent. 

I'm currently working on my Real Estate license, but aside from that, I want more than anything to invest in local Real Estate!

I have my realtors license so Im hoping I can start to build my capital that way in order for me to begin my investing career.

Now as my wife just got her an RE agent license.
