My concern was because I thought it was going to be a direct purchase without realtors, which is what I did for my personal residence and I had no idea how to do it and make them "hold" it for me when I'm a complete stranger (last time it was from a friend). 

I had no way to visually check it, inspect it, or whatever.

That said, I had no tools, no truck and no business gutting my first several properties.

I have had no issues with initiating payments to my landlord.

Like @Brian Burke I had no idea what a podcast was.

I had no idea there was so much to debate about shower curtains, haha.

However all those guests booked with me in 2019 and had no idea that this virus would be an issue.

I have purchased quite a few multifamily buildings, and I had no issues finding banks that would allow for 20% down on these buildings.

I think we are more stuck on what to do with the property – Example, we had an owner of a “Hot-Tub Show Room” interested in selling his space … it was just a huge open space (could be converted into multiple offices, different store fronts) …but we just had no clue where to even begin on that, so ended up passing.  

I have attended several REIA meetups around town and put several offers on properties but have had no luck due to how competitive the market is!
