I've been stationed in Georgia and currently in Arizona with the Army.

However, I also saw that the FHA loan can be used for your first home and the VA can still be utilized if you’re looking for your second.With this in mind, my general intention would be to buy a multifamily with the FHA at wherever area I would be stationed at, househack it, and then buy another multifamily with the VA to househack that as well after a year of occupancy. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

A poll by the local news station showed that a very small percentage of people (<10) took any offense but some did and so it apparently is a problem. 

A check-in station is set up outside where staffers take members’ temperatures.

This story on a local CBS station has a couple interesting notes:-- The bill sponsor seems to say that he is trying to combat hotels that converted to "residential" for tax purposes.

There are some very sketchy gas stations in my area that I would not trust ;) 

Getting a new light-rail station to the Eastside in 2023 as well.
