Unfortunately we both live in such expensive, and possibly overheated, markets and are worried any purchase in either of these markets could be a terrible first investment!

The seller has possibly been in touch with a competitor.  

I would make the Units look as good as possible because the appearance will make a difference. 

The short answer is it is possible for this to work for you before you are working full time.

Lenders have slight room for underwriting criteria so it's possible to find difference from lender to lender.

He knows the process inside and out and has a team in place to make the process as smooth as possible!

HI BP community I have a land that I want to build several houses on it, and I am looking for a good a builder who I will going to have good sustainable long  term relationship. since I am building those houses for rent  and not my own dream house, so they must be as efficient as possible and quality for rent.  

I would assume that they are looking out for their bottom line also and would want to reduce when possible.
