Sharing one of your hardest to find resources and potentially losing them to another investor is not smart business.Good luck finding a good contractor as most in Detroit:1) Want to be paid in cash and won't sign a W-9, so you can't claim on your taxes2) Want to be paid 50% upfront for labor & materials - which is a good way to lose money3) Want to be paid the day they are complete - which doesn't really allow time to inspect their work for competency and actual completion.
