I've always thought that the annual Fair Housing training we always had to take in banks was stupid and almost insulting to our intelligence, but after seeing your post, I would highly recommend seeking out and taking courses on Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant real estate-related regulatory courses.

Don't get me wrong, there are some great VAs out there, but you have to find them, train them, monitor them and pay them well for them to produce anything above mediocre results. 

Some of them list training as a service.

Investing in Ohio, specifically Cleveland,  is a great idea in my opinion.Recently, we have been breaking grounds on large development plans such as the Cleveland Cavalier's Perfomance Center, Blue Abyss aerospace training facility, Sherwin Williams HQ, and not to mention the multi million dollar Metro Health development that was completed recently that has just started adding rapid appreciation in the Clark-Fulton area.These projects will only increase demand and most are in the beginning phases.  

The real estate training gurus say that investing in your backyard is no different than investing across country but what is said often is far from the truth.
