They usually have some informative 1 hour lectures about a new topic then local wholesalers shop their latest deals to buyers!

I liked the days when you could order the home study courses that were about $500 and they came with actual marketing ad pieces, scripts to use on the phone, actual paperwork, contracts, addendum, how to find sellers, how to sell, how to close, and then had plenty of CDs that included lectures by topic, but also include actual case studies and live phone calls. 

I told them to put it in writing per my lecture to them when signing the lease and I would take care of it and I did.

Good to see a solid and simple answer without the lecture.

People who will pay their hard earned money for his books and lectures.

I won't say it was the main reason but it definitely wore me down and it made me resent the idea of going to college, but one of the reasons I decided not to go to college is because every normal conversation I ever tried having with my parents, about anything at all, ended up being (not exaggerating) 30 minutes to an hour long lecture about how I need to go to college.
