In October/Nov gas prices will go down, student loan will be forgiven, rates will be cut a few times (although not anything meaningful), cpi or whatever flavor of the month that’s used to calculate inflation will be down, cash payments will be in discussion for people, border crossings will be down, truce will be brokered in Middle East,funding for police will be on table, our streets will be safer, it will be “cold and flu season”, certain political parties will be against voter rights and anti everything.

Sometimes I say a couple, if they are irritating I say well let me see, then I hold my hands up and appear to mentally counting houses moving my fingers, I make a big production of doing mental math and take about a minute get to my last finger and say well more than 10.

Folks using 2008 as a mirror of what can /did happen is a mistake.Mainly because 2008 crash was from massive amount of bad mortgage loans/fraud that shook the foundations of huge wall street banks that had bad investments i.e. mortgage /insurance Derivatives on such loans around the world it spread like the flu of 1918 around the world.I just don’t see the real-estate getting slammed like that again the loans on the books mostly are solid loans.Still a great demand for homes here below 300k, builders not keeping up or not wanting to keep up?
