Hi Jack,Yup, mortgages don't just come in 30 year flavors. 25, 20, 15, and 10 also exist.

Sounds like a bold statement, but without a doubt, BP has drastically helped my real estate investing, but more importantly changed my mindset.

It’s therapeutic to post this out for now, like a bold first step and making a commitment to learn deliberately the right way to do it, and hope that I can look back on this post in a few months or years and see how far I’ve come.

I agree that the 9th & Colorado development could use a little more local flavor, but I'll take the mixed use of any kind in the middle of a residential area.
