I was born and raised in San Francisco and did some property management for my cousins in North Beach and have no real desire to be a landlord in SF or CA in general.

Does anyone have a good cleaner for STR property in St Augustine Beach area that they would be willing to share.

Four years ago me and some other vacation rental investors in Daytona Beach sued the city in an attempt to allow STR in all of Daytona Beach. 

We currently self manage but would like to turn them over as well as purchasing a few multi families in the very near future.We have a sfh in Myrtle Beach and love our pm down there so I know good ones exist.

There could be 30 named storms but if all bank right and head north in the Atlantic avoiding land then beach erosion and canceled reservations along the Atlantic Coast will be the worse of it.
