Hey Josh, If you're looking for cash flow, Cleveland is a great market to focus on for cash flow.

Depending on the area of Cleveland, I don't see rents rising rapidly so I wouldn't count on increased rents making up the difference.

I'm trying to stay within 25-30 mins of Cleveland due to work considerations. 

If I buy in Cleveland I don't know the first thing about houses, locations, business, radon, or anything specific, standard, negotiable or really the 1st 2nd 3rd thing about Cleveland or Ohio real estate. 

I don't mind the Aussies in town but those Clevelander's are overpaid, over sexed, and over here!

If this is anywhere near Cleveland, well that's my wheelhouse. 

Hey Megan not to sure about the akron market but if you are focused on cash flow I would consider cleveland which isn't too far from akron. 

I focus on the Cleveland, OH and it's great market for cash flow.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

Cleveland) would be a potential place I would look into.
