Travel rewards: Thanks to the FI community, I just earned my first 90k Chase travel rewards and I'm looking for someone knowledgeable to help me find the best way to redeem them for a trip from SFO to Geneva in Feb. 2019.

There is a lot you can do organizationally and structurally that will keep you busy but also reduce the gray hair for your CPA at tax time.As far as whether you've got everything you need for the form 8824 that reports the 1031 it all depends on how your reporting and record keeping have been in the past.

Either he/she didn't, or ex-wife failed to execute and return it... so it's time to record the divorce decree and (redacted) settlement agreement among the land records.
