If you are talking about the profit division, yes, it is about the same but it has an incentive structure to encourage the rehabber to sell it quickly.

While I think your pursuit of short sales and wholesaling is a great idea, I'm not sure what inspired a desire to do "bulk REOs," but I must tell you that you're going to be in for some real disappointment if that is your path.I encourage you to read the Bulk forum and see how many people are wasting their time there.

I am sure that a process can also be developed that is compliant with SEC regs and all of the state security laws OR technology can be used to pick the states the investor will raise money in so that the process is tailored to cover those bases.I would encourage anyone that wants to participate in this discussion to join the new real estate syndication group on BP.

I would encourage you to seek out and create relationships with small local banks... as they are where many of the smaller commercial deals get financed.
