Just being patient.

It's slim pickins over there right now but I'm patiently waiting for something to pop up. 

Learn how to be patient, and understand that the numbers ($$$) don't lie...so never argue with them.  

Thanks for any input we just don't want to blow our first investment because we weren't patient.

Also, I have read that some many people panic when there house doesn't sell immediately, it takes some time, obviously at some point its time to come up with a different idea, but be patient at first.

Investors need to be patient and laser focused on their own personal investment strategy so they do not get caught up in any new hype and stick to the investments that fullfill their personal plan.

I have flip 3 homes, I'm a patient flipper and I plan on buying the house through a lender.

Each is different in how you act, i.e. all equity has you be more patient, or at least you can be more patient.

Be patient and find something that works.
