I had no experience How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Anecdotally, none of my landlords have been negotiable on rent since the beginning of this year and most have had no vacancy on turnover.

I had no problem passing the test.

I just helped my friend purchase cabin in Idyllwild and they had no problems obtaining home insurance and the premiums were not outrageous.I like Borrego Springs.

I have had no issues with large dogs. 

I was able to actually speak to someone who barely spoke English and had no idea about financing or loaning money. 

Apparently the same burner had an issue some time ago and was replaced by the PM but I/we had no reason to believe there was a safety issue.Anyone faced a similar situation?

He told me no, and that the executor had no heirs and he would not be able to get anyone else to step up and represent the property, especially considering the amount owed in liens and mortgage may be more than the sale price on the house.

Mind you I had no tenants as of yet.These last 2 months Dec bill $521 Jan bill $838!!!!

Admittedly I do all the 'permitted' work & save a LOT & the oldest NG unit is 12 years, with the oldest electric 7 years, both have had no issues at all.In 2017 I replaced an 80gallon HW tank at our 1960's era 7unit with an AO Smith GT15-240 NG & have not had an issue or complaint of 'no hot water', once common with the old 80 gallon.
