Hi Everyone,If you invest in a syndication using funds from your self directed traditional IRA can you take advantage of bonus depreciation to offset any taxable gains when you withdraw or convert to a Roth IRA?

I've done a lot of research on the topic and am familiar with the cons of owning a condo-hotel type unit, but the numbers seem way in favor of that vs a more traditional condo or SFH.

The South Linden area is definitely sketchy, I'm having a hard time filling one of my vacant units and I see comments in Tenant Turner about the area being bad. 

I recently was showing a vacant unit and one of the potential tenants said "Have you noticed any paranormal activity here?"

I just got wind of a 4 unit property that hasn't hit the market yet.

If they are not, then it might be time to switch companies, or even, dare I say, self-reflect as your team might actually be to blame.
