I'd also talk to your current banker to see what they say.

Everything I've read says yes (talked to the banker about it and asked questions, but did not get one).

I have found mortgage bankers are excellent for helping with creative financing for a BRRR.

Find 3 small local bankers and be honest with them on what you’re trying to do with the property.

Unfortunately, most banks haven't received the memo, so your local friendly banker may want to see a "legitimate" business.

This person was a banker for 20+ years and intimately knows how to buy mortgages.
