It's a great tool and well worth the monthly subscription fee.For contracts, use the CAR form which you can buy at a local RE Board office, even if not a member or licensed.

If you have the time and money, I would highly recommend taking a RE pre-licensing course since they are so easy in NH.

@Mark SossomanYes, a lawyer is licensed to practice in the entire state where the exam is passed.I am 100% sure of that, as one of my daughters is a lawyer.

I'm a Realtor over in Bedford NH, although I'm not licensed in MA or I'd love to show you multis in Haverhill.Although @Ryan Gillette mentioned about using an FHA 3.5 versus a conventional loan, be careful and check with your lender.

In California appraisers are licensed, I would think they can get you the exact answer your looking for.If I paid for it it's mine in my view and the first lender should release it to you.
