Heck — one sponsor with whom I invest creates a 501(c)(3) organization specifically to help their tenants — and have raised about $600,000 from investors, employees, and management to help defray their tenants’ costs.

My point is I don't think Detroit is as organized to start using info from the water for blight and building as they are not even using all the data already available to them. 

The two realtors on my team are both good at anticipating the questions that I ask of every selling agent, are well organized, and are good at making my process faster and easier.

ie pricing, management, task automation, accounting, paper organization, etc.

Fortunately, my efforts at this point had paid off, and now I get solid interest from my organic search results, BP and other website referrals. 

Does anyone know of any programs that can display this information on a map or maybe have any other ideas on how to organize it all?
