We have one up in NH on Crescent Lake.

The “worst” appraisals I’ve seen (on a consistent basis) as to over valuation are on non operational health care facilities.  

I have more on the list I can call tomorrow, but just wondered if anyone else had experience for long-term financing solutions either that they used to purchase or to cash out.

Does anyone have any insights on if this is worth pursuing?

Long term I am very bullish on Austin due to the net migration and the number of businesses investing here. 

Major platforms like Airbnb now remit these taxes directly to the city, which simplifies the process but places more scrutiny on unpermitted listings. 

It also reduces the likelihood of price fluctuations based solely on seasonal trends, allowing for more predictable cash flow and quicker returns.Markets with minimal seasonality also provide greater flexibility for investors, who aren’t pressured to time transactions based on seasonal cycles.

Now I am now setting my eyes on investing in Ohio since it is doing great in the investor world and I am very familiar with the state, particularly the Cleveland area. 

If you want to lend long term debt, you don’t want to compete and be the cheapest on the block (that’s a race to the bottom), you want to lend on stuff that nobody else (or a select few) will lend on and charge a premium for it.
