@David DuCille I got in trouble from BP for putting my YouTube link in a response to a new investor because I had done a topic in what she was asking .

The owner also hasn't increased rent by a single dollar for some tenants in 8-12 years but that's another topic!

I will be following this thread to learn more on this topic myself.

I think this may be a timely topic given where rates are.
