I do not think brokers can disclose family status (or color, religion, sex, disability,...) of the neighbors.

The acronym BSOD (in Windows, that is "Blue Screen of Death" that happens when it crashes) will apply to this toilet, but the "B" will stand for a new color: "Brown" :D

I say the least amount of repairs the market will bare.I think the important thing is to be clean and the color scheme needs to be tolerable so that people won't be repulsed by walking in the door.The rest doesn't really seem to matter from what I've seen.

:lol: i dont like carpet at all because it breaks down and collects dust like magnet. on the other hand tile can look outdated in just a few yrs depending on the color/style.I have only hardwood in my house, but would not put that in a rental. would get torn up in no time.
